This is the most gorgeous Victorian bustle dress, typical of the 1880s. Made in a black velvet with black satin ruffles. It is trimmed with black lace applique.
If you want the bustle under garment you would need to purchase one separately, this costume is modelled with out the bustle petitcoat.
Can also be worn with a wide petitcoat as shown in the pictures.
We make lots of Victorian costumes and we can easily adapt this or change it to another colour, just email and I will send you our colour swatches.
